Job Approval Process

All jobs and download now products all have to be approved by the ELM admin staff. This is to ensure that all jobs and product adhere to the ELM job guidelines. It should also be noted that only verified users jobs will be considered for approval. Therefore while we allow jobs to be created even if you aren't verified, they won't be considered for approval until you verify your account.

Job Rules

End product can be be a digital good, a digital show, or physical good

We offer 3 main types of "goods" to be sold on ExtraLunchMoney

  • Digital goods - an image file, text document, movie file, etc...
  • Digital shows - webcam shows done via 3rd party software like skype, yahoo messenger, etc...
  • Physical goods - clothing, signed photos, artwork, etc...

End product of a job should be clearly stated in the job and job description

In the job description and job title be specific as to what the buyer will be purchasing. Will it be a video, an image, and audio file? Be specific as possible. This way buyers will have a better idea of what they will be purchasing from the provider

End products where possible should be delivered through the ELM internal messaging system

We built an internal messaging system for users that allows users to attach files to send to other users. The reason we want users to files through our system is so our team can verify the correct product was delivered. This way if there's ever a dispute we have more evidence to support one side or another. If for example a job provider emails a digital product they created for the buyer we have no record of the transaction happening and can't verify that the provider fulfilled their end of the bargain.

That being said if you want to use a third party service to host your content and then send the link to a buy that is OK though we wouldn't recommend it. As the buyer could post that link wherever they want thus sharing your content.

Job should end when you deliver the final product

Jobs should not be ongoing. Once you deliver picture sets, movie files, artwork, etc... the job should be completed.

Jobs should not feature illegal stuff

This just goes without saying. But it's important enough for us to mention again in case there's any doubt. No copyrighted material, bestiality, under 18 individuals, prostitution, extreme violence, rape, mutilation, incest, snuff, scat or the elimination of bodily waste on another person.

Examples of BAD Jobs

Below are examples of jobs that WOULD NOT be approved. If you create a job similiar to these jobs you can expect that your job will not be published or approved.

  • I will Do anything you want! [reason: job is too vague...you might get a lot of people who contact you but don't want to buy]
  • I will send you a pooping video [reason: job involves scat which is against our terms of service]
  • I will kick a kitten while standing naked [reason: that's just wrong and we don't approve of cruelty to animals]
