Terms Of Service: Using Outside Payment Methods
We’ve had some issues with users using outside payment methods such as PayPal and other methods on our system. This is currently against the Terms and Policy of ELM and can lead to permanent ban of the website if the ELM Admins believe this is occurring between users.
By using the system features such as Escrow Orders and user reviews and job histories, we currently have, we hope to protect both buyers and sellers from getting ripped off. It’s not a 100% solution, but from the feedback we’ve received it does help.
For those who are newer to this industry, it is also known that PayPal will ban your accounts and make it difficult for you to get your money back if your account is flagged as taking payment for adult services or products.
